What shipping options do I have?

During peak season and promotion period, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

How to track your order?
Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is accepted and includes our 24 hour period to process and ship the item on working days. Please note: this may take longer during promotional periods.
Once your order has been packed, we will send you a confirmation email with shipping details and a link to track your order online. Note that it may take several days for tracking information to be available.
You can also track your order in your account.

Tax and Customs
Taxes and duties are calculated based on the shipping destination and are itemized on the checkout page. Be sure to select your location to view appropriate local market prices, delivery times and shipping costs.
We ship to all locations on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means that all applicable import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
